An unfinished building is offered for sale. The load-bearing structure and roof have been completed. The construction is in good technical condition, the building is dry and fully ready for the continuation of exterior and interior finishing works. The property was purchased by us already in its current structural condition, with no construction works carried out by us.

The property is located in a picturesque mountain valley, surrounded by alpine landscapes. Mountains and nature dominate the area, a river runs nearby, and the territory of a national nature park is close by. In winter the area enjoys reliable snowfall and many sunny days, while in summer the climate is fresh and pleasantly cool, without extreme heat. The location is ideal for peaceful year-round living.

All essential infrastructure is close at hand: a school, grocery store, bakery and basic services are within a 10-minute walk or a 2–3 minute drive.
The property is connected to the main water supply and the public sewage system.
The building was originally acquired for private residential use with the option of developing a small guest accommodation project. During the process it became clear that managing two construction projects simultaneously was not feasible, as another house is currently under restoration.
