Renovated country house with plot of land and quiet location situated in a village near dam 45 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors connected via external staircase. Both towns provide shops and banks, ATMs, pharmacy, police station and gas station, construction material delivery, etc. The regional capital city Vratsa is about 45 km away and the national capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport are within about two hours of driving from here.
