Description: This property is a functioning cattle ranch, situated in an area between the "Mayor Pablo Lagerenza" and "Agua Dulce" forts, where livestock production units are prevalent.
The polygonal area, according to a court-ordered survey, of the total ranch is 61,923 hectares. Fully registered with the National Cadastre Service. The topography features soil that, unlike others typical of different regions, boasts rich mineral content, defining it as highly fertile. In recent years, agriculture has developed significantly in the area, with excellent results. Among the main tree species found in this region are Palo Santo, Coronillo, Quebracho Colorado, Curupay, Trébol, Urundey, and Lapacho, among others. Hydrology: the property in question has numerous watering holes, watering troughs, watercourses, and a stream that crosses it, in addition to a modern water storage system consisting of two reservoirs with a capacity of 1,000,000 liters each; another of 750,000 liters; and seven dams with a total capacity of over 200,000 m³. In addition to three artesian wells equipped with Australian tanks, all interconnected to an extensive underground network of pipes that supply drinking troughs strategically located in the pastures, thus guaranteeing a constant and stable supply of water throughout the year, average rainfall fluctuates between 700 and 1,000 mm annually, with the highest rainfall occurring during the summer months. The groundwater in almost the entire Alto Paraguay Department is fresh.
Improvements and building infrastructure:
• 5,800 hectares developed with pastures planted with the Gatton Panic, Tanzania, and Black Sudan grass varieties, divided into 58 plots of 100 hectares each.
