Old rural house with barn and small mill situated in a quiet village
100 km northeast from Sofia, Bulgaria. The property is situated in a
quiet spot within the limits of the village. It consists of an old
house, derelict barn and an old corn flour mill. The place had been
empty for more than two decades now and as visible on the photos time
had taken its toll on it. The main building consists of two floors
connected via short internal staircase. There are two rooms and a
corridor on the ground level while the upper floor holds three

the local population from the area using electric power and the
necessary equipment to provide corn flour for the households and as
food for the animals. Currently the mill is in bad condition and in
need of repairs but it can be restored to its previous working
condition. The property is located about 6-7 minutes away by foot from
the center of the village. There one can find the local mayor`s
office, the bar, shop, post office, church, bus stop, etc. The village
