The house was built in the characteristic farmhouse style with a living space of around 92 sqm.
The property has a size of 2600 sqm. There are several side buildings, amongst them a 65 sqm well-built barn, a pince, a typical Hungarian summer kitchen, 2 smaller stables and a carport for a small car. From the village road a 200 m gravel road, which is used by residents only, leads to the house.
The building has two bedrooms, one walk-through room , a kitchen a bathroom, a pantry) and a 35 sqm room with separate entrance. It is partly renovated and habitable. The electric wiring has been completely renewed (Swiss standard) and increased to a capacity of 3 x 32 Ampére with an off-peak cheaper electricity tariff. The typical Hungarian summer kitchen and the pince are also provided with electricity.
Thermostats have been installed in 5 of the rooms for the immediate use and accurate control of infrared wall heating panels or other heating units. Five rooms can also be heated by wooden stoves.
The garden offers many fruit trees, amongst them sweet and sour cherry, apple, plum, chestnut, walnut and peach.
Outside water and electricity are also provided. Two cars can easily be parked on the property.
The propery is suitable for animal keeping, permaculture or as retreat.
The village has a bus station which can connect you to the main railway network in Sümeg. Budapest is just 2:30 hours away. The picturesque city of Sümeg with its medieval castle provides you with a good infrastructure, including several public schools, health care, a recently built swimming pool, restaurants, local shops as well as a Lidl, Tesco and Penny.
