Charming country home in the mountains of Mesoropi
The building consists of two floors: the ground floor (~22.5 sq.m.) and the first floor (~23 sq.m.). Parts of the original stone walls, approximately 70 cm thick, have been preserved on the ground floor and a portion of the upper floor. The property has been restored with respect to its traditional character, including repairs to the exterior walls, the upper floor balcony, and internal layout improvements.
The property is located within the boundaries of the officially designated traditional settlement of Mesoropi, in the Municipality of Paggaio, Regional Unit of Kavala. The village was declared a traditional settlement under Government Gazette 594D/13-11-1978. The plot is legally buildable under exception according to the current urban planning regulations for the area. It has a total ground area of approximately 24 sq.m. There are no high-voltage power lines, gas pipelines, or streams passing through the property or within a 20-meter radius. The plot falls under the provisions of Law 1337/83 and lies within an area covered by the Hellenic Cadastre (National Land Registry).
