You are only a few kilometers from the town of Gois, with all the services you may need, and all the things you may want, cafes, restaurants, the River Beach – but you’d never know it, the stunning views reach much further than that.



On a practical level, the property is easily accessible and is suitable for either full time residence or holiday accommodation – driving time from the airports of Porto and Lisbon are two and three hours respectively. The University City of Coimbra, with its main line rail connection, is 45 minutes away, you can reach the Coast in an hour.
